4. Payment and Fees

All program fees are quoted in CHF and payable in advance. You will receive a detailed invoice and confirmation prior to payment.

5. Refund Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction with our Executive Career Path Program. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of your program start date.
All refund requests must include your full name, registration details, and reason for the request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days back to the original payment method.
A processing fee of 5% may be deducted to cover transaction costs.

To initiate a refund, please complete the form via our contact form and specify "Refund Request" in the subject line.

6. Limitation of Liability

ExecPathMap.com’s liability for any claim relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The courts of Zurich shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to these Terms.

8. Amendments
